The wine complete alcoholic fermentation in Burgundy barrels which has played a key role in producing the integrated style of wine, 12 months in 2nd fill (60%) and 1st fill (40%) French oak barrels. Pinot Noir (100%) from Stellenbosch.
Nose: Delicate perfume of strawberries and musk.
Palate: Vibrant acidity, bright red fruit and subtle oak maturation flavours combine to produce an intensely rewarding experience. (Alc 14.28, RS 1.6 g/l, TA 5.7 g/l, pH 3.48)
